I guess it's a case of where do you draw the line at sexual assault ?

Those who are upskirted and groped on public transport may be a bit miffed if a peck on the lips would class as sexual assault.

I personally think unwarranted lip contact is a form of assault, sexual? Maybe...

I believe Gazza's story and although I don't condone what he did I think this was only brought to court because it was Gazza. The girl obviously knew who he was (though she denied it in court) as everyone was asking him for selfies. If he'd done that to me I would have clocked him one and called him a few names. Thankfully the jury saw through her story.
