Just woke up having a panic attack. No idea what has triggered it but I would like it to stop. I've tried breathing excercises and grounding, but it isn't helping :(

Not a lot changes in this one horse town Queenie.

Spent most of the day building table #3, beginning to think I may have a table fetish ;-). Building one for each of my kids and my partner, 5 in total.

Warmish day here about 30c at the mo.

Sold my business early June, been slobbing about keeping myself amused, just.

I'll look for a job over Dec & Jan, still a few years left in me.

Dinner out!!! That would be a highlight for us, 100kms to the nearest restaurant.

Was meant to be going out again tonight, but I think I'm gonna stay home. We went to a new Italian place in the next town - was nice.

I just make dust collectors out of wood, metal, glass etc. as a hobby. Certainly not a tradie. Haven't eaten Italian for yonks, come to think of it any fancy cuisine.

I try not to eat it as it often doesn't agree with me. My cousins girlfriend told us earlier that she's never had a Chinese meal before!

Never eaten a Chinese meal? thought everyone had at some time or other.

It's a quiet little place, fairly remote, Saturday and Sunday arvo's the only shops open are the pub and petrol station.

1ozzy, your town sounds quite interesting, in a funny way. I like the idea of building a visitor centre with 5star toilets. Shame the governor felt embarrassed about the idea. :)

Wow that's strange. Everything here closes on a Sunday but that's just the shops, odd cafe is open.

Morning clocerjo. The PA has stopped thankfully but my tummy is still sore, don't know if the two are connected. Still feeling sick though :( my sugars are up too so something isn't right at the moment just wish I knew what.

Not too bad, a lot better than I was yesterday. I ended up in hospital after having a seizure on my birthday. I collapsed unconcious and came round in front of the paramedics. I'm at home now - all is good.
