You're being silly, beezaneez. Go to the doctor and get it checked.
"Don't die of embarrassment", was the tagline to a recent health check advertisement. I've no idea what the problem is but you should go and see the doctor.

im funny about a man touching me there, i do not like it !! even a woman doctor, i might go if it wasnt my usual doctor, i have felt myself there and there is no lump , definately no lump.
Ask to see for a male doctor, it'll be less embarrassing for you.

If you have a phobia about scrotum inspection does this mean you intend never having your prostate checked ? You need to take a deep breath and get used to these sort of occasions.

I'm wondering what you'd do with the information if someone made a guess here anyway. Trust the posts that say it's ok and ignore the issue, and ignore any that say it's urgent ?

As for myself, sorry I don't know what it might be. Well I could make a few guesses that spring to mind, but I could be miles off.
>>>i hate the thoughts of my doctor feeling me down there and that is out of the question.

How do you think women feel when they go for an internal examination, or have a baby.

You are ill, it MAY be serious.

Get over your "fear" and go to the doctors.

If, for example, it was prostate cancer if it was caught early they can get rid of it.

But it may be a simple infection and can be cleared up by antibiotics.
Almost certainly no big deal.......commonest cause would be a varicocoel ( varicose vein).Make an appt and let him have a feel.
beez, NOBODY likes intimate medical examinations or does it for fun. Go get it sorted.
I have had to get my plums out for the doctor. And when he confirmed nothing to worry about, it is a HUGE releif. Better than driving yourself crazy wondering if it is something serious.
. Have you had a look yourself ?
and what did you see

and are there any lumps ?

I think you should go to the doctor
and make what you say is unthinkable - thinkable or even necessary
im not an expert on scrotums !!!!but I do know any changes in this area should be investigated, it will only take two minutes.
But Sqad has said it's no big deal!!!
Like the girl in the advert says:

Go ! Go !
Well it would be to me, get yourself off to the quacks if I were you.
Pain = something is wrong!!
Sqad said "almost certainly" no big deal. And advised seeing doctor
Having your balls examined isn't embarrassing at all. Every six months I have a doctor stick his finger up my bum which is very disagreeable, (and makes homosexuality an even greater mystery!) but it's worth the peace of mind that my prostate is OK. Don't be daft; book an appointment today.
go to the doctor he will not make you feel embarrassed (.women go through quite a few examinations top and bottom )
Ah ! I was temped to suggest varicose vein but didn't have the confidence. :-)
Oh Khandro - you do make me chuckle with your 'greater mystery'.
Beezaneez, man up and go and get it sorted, better to be embarrassed for two minutes than suffer and be ill.
Childbirth is hugely embarrassing and lasts hours, sometimes days!
It seems like everybody comes in for a poke. Lol
I've got Crohns disease, I've had so many fingers, cameras, and items of medical equipment up my bum, usually while i am awake, I have now given up on embarrasment, I seriously dont think that there is anything that they could do to me now thuld embarrass me.
Go and get it sorted and put your mind at rest.....and get something to stop the pain. X X
