You don't as that is far too rapid a weight loss.

However something tells me someone is going to appear with a solution soon...

casual drinker gaining losts of weight. what to do? dont say stop casually drinkn.
Even if you had nothing but water over those 6 days I don't believe you could lose so much weight in so short a time.
So you know the answer really.
Eat nothing but tomatoes, banana and porridge for 6 days. Drink lots of water.
Not to mention cutting out the.... okay I won't mention it
Well if you're only "casual drinking" (whatever that is??) Then it's not that then is it? It's the copious amounts of food you're consuming between and lack of exercise that's making you large.

Why do you need to lose it in 6 days? Which by the way sounds undoable, and if it is possible, extremely dangerous!

I can't seem to get motivated exercise like b4.
If[i you have a lot of weight to lose,you [i]might] lose 3-4 lbs a week for a while. But the closer you are to a natural weight for your body,the slower it will happen. There is no healthy way to lose quickly. Cut out the rubbish,eat 3 meals a day,do some walking.
Even if you did lose it that quick,it would probably not stay off.

Why such a mad panic to lose weight so quick? A hot date maybe?

Which ever method you chose, it'll still take a week, so they'll all be equally as fast.
A good dose of gastro-enteritis should help.

You don't say what your present weight is. It makes a difference to how fasy weight can come off.

How do lose 15lbs in 6 days ? You don't.

What you can do is adopt some realistic expectations. If you are overweight then start to monitor what you eat and ensure you reduce calorie intake to less that you are burning up. And then it takes as long as it takes. There should be no rush. Rush is pointless.

Casually drinking is alcohol
The faster it comes off...the more that will come back on later.
Alcohol is full of 'empty calories'. You're not going to lose weight while you continue to drink it.
The fastest way to loose weight (not fat) is to reduce your intake of salt to an absolute minimum, hard exercise -to sweat- and you should lose at least 2lbs quickly. Other that that, you could fast; water drinking hunger-strikers can last for a month without solid food but it's not advisable, slowly and steadily by reducing your calorie intake is the best method. Other than by surgery, 15lbs in 6 days is an impossibility.
What is *casually*? How much and how often?
Also-do you hit the kebab shops after *casually* drinking? That won't help.
