If you're planning on going out for a meal, probably bet to get dressed first.
Not at all. However I've got dressed because I'm cold.
I often put my jammies back on after my morning shower and keep them on all day.

Why should it matter to anyone NM? You are in your own home, do as you please (says she who is still wearing a hooded fleece gown at 11.43am. It is just so lovely to be comfortable without the constraints of daytime clothing and underclothing!!!
Would you go outside the house in them? To do some gardening, hang the washing out, take a parcel from the postman, for example.
Might be dangerous if you were 18 and in baby doll see through ones and the gas man called...heh heh!

On the giro city estate just down the the road from us it seems to be accepted as normal for people to stroll down to the local shop in their jammies, at any time of day.
Tesco banned folk from wearing nightware from their store in cas it offended other shoppers,,no bare feet allowed either..mm...
