The singer Kate McGill has described her current eating regie as the "No Crap Diet"

Obvious, really ...

Instead of following the latest faddy diet ... just stop eating (and buying) crap.

So I thought ... YES!! ... that's what I've been doing for a few weeks. Just avoiding all the junk.

Maybe we should all subscribe to the No Crap Diet.

just been browsing through Scotty Bowers' book about servicing the stars

Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

and he says Charles Laughton...

how can I put this...

had a crap diet.

(That's going to come out as an Amazon Recommendation, I know, but it isn't.)
No doubt Sqad is better qualified to pronounce on this matter but even to a layman like me I would have thought that stopping eating would eventually lead to no crap.
I'll go with the no carp diet ...

There I was, on the verge of noting the ISBN number of that book ...

And then I read the customer reviews, which seemed disappointed.
Does it mean that if you eat the No Crap Diet, you can't have a Crap ?
Question Author
No, silly ... it means you don't eat any crap ...

ie. fatty, sugary, e-numbery foods.
LOL ^^^
Tony will starve ...
I'm not into scat anyway.

Seriously, a really good healthy cookbook is the one from Canyon Ranch, dieters' food that actually tastes good.
