Doubtful. It will be a bit sore after.
laser?

Tell me how it goes, ive got one and seriously thinking of going to the doctors about it to be removed but im a wuss, so if you don't mind, you go first....

lol.
Question Author
go on then boo, i'll take one for the team!
It's a big crusty one!
is that what you're having done though? Having one lasered off? Do they do it at the doctors? How did you get him/her to agree to doing it in the first place?
The pain....the PAIN? ...PAIN? excruciating....horrible... screaming, shouting.....torture...................cause it won't hurt.
My mum had one done years ago, it was fine. :c)
i really should look into getting mine removed, like i said though im a wuss, so i'll see how crisgal's goes first, lol.
My doctors have a 'minor surgery' clinic once a week. I have a few moles that he's happy to take off. If you want one removed just tell the GP it's itchy.
I'd be more concerned about that fact that it's crusty.
I think they will give you a little prick first, crisgal (:o)
Question Author
i told a little white lie and said it was itchy.
It is just wear my bra strap fits, so is very annoying. I can't see it so have to rely on my hubby taking pics of it. It has changed recently and i said that i wanted it off, because i was very worried about it.
He's cutting it out at the surgery. Said it will take him 10 minutes and a couple of stitches. Then they send it to the lab.
Which orifice are you having the mole removed from?
ooo interesting, i didn't know they could do them at the doctors surgery, i always assumed it was a hospital jobby.
Question Author
it's not any orifice! It's on my back! I've had it for as long as I can remember.
our GP removes moles at our surgery, though he is such a wally,I wouldn't trust him to cut my dinner up.............(:o)
actually, thinking about it, mines a birthmark, so might be different. I should look into it i guess.

I'm sure it'll be fine crisgal, fingers crossed, let us know how it goes :-)
Question Author
just looked on the calendar - it's not tomorrow it's wednesday!
Good job I looked 'cus I've got a smear in an hour.
I know which I'd rather!
it should be painless, I think the smear will be worse ;)
They don't laser there now, do they?
cris, my friend has just had 2 removed - one was deeper than the other - she felt no pain, just soreness after ☺
