a blocked nose for over a week now I cant breath out of it and my ears crackle is there anything I can buy over the counter to clear it tia?

Yes.......Otrovine nasal spray OR Vick's Sinex nasal spray....both are good nasal decongestants.

One-off purchase and then just inhale steam from hot water, several times a day, no additive is required. Works for me, fruitsalad. Bought mine at the local chemist.
