Right ladies
The sun is out the sky is blue and it may very well hot up a bit a bit soon which means less slap. .This winter has taken it's toll on my skin and in spite of exfoliating ,cleansing and whatnot it looks dingy to me .
I don't expect miracles at my age but just need something to brighten my skin a bit and make it look a bit fresher .Do any of you use face packs on a regular basis and if so what can you recommend .

Hmmmm. I think it's the fizz I fancy, it makes me burp which makes me feel better!!
Well I hope you feel loads better tomorrow. I flooded the kitchen tonight by leaving the washing machine drawer open. The upside is that the kitchen floor is now immaculate.
Night all
Goodnight All. I've had a good evening with my NF and she is full of cold too. So we both were talking with 'adenoidal problems' like 'Got a code in me dose an I can't say Plub Jab' Get it....:¬)
Sleep tight all..x
better get myself off to bed... getting myself measured for crowns at lunchtime, theatre in the evening, so I need to be at the height of my mental powers... I think that's about 4 foot 3.
Having woken up at 6am, my mental powers are about 2 foot 2. And the theatre is three hours long. This is going to be a trying day.
Morning jno, when I read measured for crowns I thought Oh lawdy jno is meeting royalty and having a tiara made to wear to the theatre, but then my sleepy mind cleared and I realised!!

Raining raining raining here, poured down all night, love it.

Poor jude, hope you feel better, I really pile on the agony when I have a cold.
no rain here - I swept away millions of leaves yesterday and they were like feathers, they were so dry. (Means they will probably blow back in again next time somebody walks past while breathing.)
Yay, yet another new email, and I have my new aviator. Had to be an xmas one, incase I cannot change it anytime soon!
no you haven't.
Oh yes I have, well at least I have to me!
in your dreams
<<<< stamps foot at jno >>>> go and get your crowns!!!!!
Still a Jelly Baby as far as I am concerned, I am afraid!!
Ha, ha Neti, I too thought jno was getting measured for a crown to put on her head for a royal occasion. I always suspected she was really HM amusing herself amongst her loyal subjects on AB!!!
Good morning all by the way.

Have to wash my kitchen floor some time soon - or perhaps I should just leave the washing machine drawer open (except my washing machine isn't in the kichen :o( )

See you later.
Morning all...lol @ jno, yes you're a jellibiza to me too neti... <ducks>..

Hope those under the weather are recovering. I hadn't drunk anything fizzy for years until recently when I suddenly had a craving for lemonade...and I've discovered lime and lemon Sprite is nice when you're thirsty.

Speaking of weather, there was a very thin layer of ice on the most exposed bird bath first thing today! Puta says 5C at the moment. And this time last year we had snow and were talking temperatures of MINUS 8 and 9C. This was a year ago yesterday in my garden.... http://i53.tinypic.com/10d9vsn.jpg

Good luck at the dentist jno....
Morning Robi

Brrrr here this morning too, although no ice on feeders, just frosty. Was thinking about this time last year - winter started and went on and on and on and on and on and on...........................................
........................

Still, I have new coats, three pairs of new boots and most importantly a furry leopard skin hat. This one - and I love it!!!!

Well as long as i can see my xmas cat i am happy. 15° here and damp. Sitting at pavement cafe wearing new Primark boots and bomber jacket and other clo.thes obviously
Morning all, very cold here but dry. Dogs had a lovely run and are now bouncing in and out of the garden. Shocked at how clean the floor is today. The dogs have their meals out there and the dribble sets on the floor like cement. Am considering getting a steamer (floor not veg) has anyone got one and do they work well?
Neti you are a jellybaby to me too....sorry
PS I've got a vaguely grotto-esque question but its in suggs, not a sub category
