Sunday. It mild outside, the sky is clear and the moon is full. There is, however, a wind with teeth. I've been for a short walk this morning, no wildlife about. I think they've all done their nightly patrol and call it a day (or night) and gone to bed. Very wise.

Morning Mate.......rain has just started winds are pepping up nicely to the North should be 50kts with in the next hour or two!!! no sleep again today no doubt!

No hugely so mate, just too much noise yesterday. Typhoons took off at ten, that woke me up after two hours kip an that was about it, dozed on and off the rest of the day.... not great with another night shift following!!

morning all, cant sleep I am still on Goa time, how is everybody ? guess what after all that trouble getting the correct paperwork to take Chief Stout's ashes to his beloved Goa, not one person at either Gatwick or Goa asked to see it ! there I am with this file waving it about saying here is all the paperwork no one was interested !

I should clarify that I'm not an insomniac. I CAN sleep, I just don't seem to do a lot of it. It's been like that since my teens. Sometimes an hour or so in the afternoon is all I need for the whole day.

Ah slappy ,Grandad Yiddo did 6 months in the Falklands many moons ago. He said it was different there.
