Hi Ed!
How about in the profiles (where you can view questions you have asked/answered, etc) putting how many and what ratings you have recd and from who?

I don't know about anyone else but it's few folk who bother to say thanks for answering a question let alone getting stars off them....

I always try to thank people individually, or post a thank you to all at the end of a thread, when I have received sufficient answers.

I gave up using the star rating system long ago.
