Ths horsehoe crab looks like it comes from another world.  It's not a creature I've seen before so thought I'd share.

I'd heard of horseshoe crab but never examined a photograph before.

Looks like it's been sprayed with hammerite paint.

I first saw one of these horseshoe crabs in a wetland area, in Boston mas, before that I thought they went the same way as the Dinosaur.

Amazing. You wouldn't want to step on one, barefoot

Strangely, they remind me of a cross between a Roman helmet and a robotic lawn mower 😊

Stunning photos. I love both the ibex ones. The single one in the snow looks like she's thinking 'Yeah, it's a bit cold, but it's ok, you wimpy human'.
