This guy seemingly did a runner from the police but left his dog behind. He tried to get his dog to attack the cat but the dog had more sense.

Anyone who is able to do this to an elderly cat is capable of anything.

I did watch it and couldn't see much as it has been censored.

Seemingly the original video has been posted online by someone in the hope that the guy might get caught. No that he would receive much of a punishment by the law.
