I can't understand how anybody could cruelly dump a litter of puppies, strange, orange puppies.

Hopefully, they will be accepted as Police dogs (Polis Dugs in Scotland) and have a happy career.

There are awful people around. Why couldn't they just take them to an animal rescue centre? Makes you wonder how long they were in that crate if they were to afraid to leave it. Easy to see the intelligence in their eyes.
Such cuties...and aren't red Labradors rare as compared to black or yellow?
I just don't understand the thinking* behind abandoning helpless baby animals.

Barmaid's babies were dumped too. I don't understand it, I don't think that there is a logical answer.

I hope that they all manage to pass the test that the Police set, there is nothing happier looking than a happy dog.
If they don't make it to become police dogs they will be put up for adoption so happy ending for them. There was another litter dumped so young a couple of them hadn't even got their eyes open yet. Also someone threw a couple of young python out of a car. Luckily the lady in the car behind was able to rescue them with the help of a friend who was not scared of snakes. Such a shame its nearly impossible to trace these calous people. I'm sure most vets would take animals in and pass them on to rescue centres.
