If I had a name like this I would have to change it by deed poll:-
1. Miss Sexsmith.....2. Mr Bates.....3.Miss Scratchard.....4.Miss Nookey.....5.Mr Payne (Dentist). These are genuine names.
Has anybody else come across names like these?

Where did you get them from?
I worked with a man called Mr Dick - really bad for him as he was a teacher.
I used to work with a lady whose surname was Cund. My first boss was Mr Ramsbottom

A friend of mine married a Mr Duck, he was always teased at school & took some more stick when he was a policeman. They changed it by deed pole before they had their children to stop them suffering.
Captain Dick Payne, reverted to Richard when he was promote to Major.
I went out with a bloke with the surname Goodenough. Always thought it a bit strange, talking of Strange, know a few people with that surname, and they live up to it!
I knew a Richard Head years ago, think his parents must have been really thick or just evil.
I wonder if Jenson Button's parents ever considered naming him William
Trish's BiL is a Robert Sole.
I used to work for a company called Philpott, Platt and Niblett and those were the partners names. I also know a Duncan Dick.....

I taught with a Mr Daft and went to school with someone with the surname Batty, one teacher said on meeting him, I need to know who you are, not what you are.
My own name is pretty unusual. I get asked if it's real a lot
I worked with two men - one called Tom Dick and the other called Harry Wharton.
Wish I had a pound for every time someone said "here comes Tom Dick and Harry". Sadly neither with us any more.
I loved Wharton's reply.!!!!
