Monday. Sky almost clear, but yer wee man says batten down the hatches. Summer was nice while it lasted. So it looks like indoor stuff today. If my new steam mop arrives today I can play with that. Today or tomorrow they say.

I forgot to get some more pancetta for Tiggy, I had to give him something else. He wasn't impressed, so it's into Lidl today then!

Wee sis won't be on today, got no wifi where she is in penypants, (Penzance) but she will be home today, so should be on tomorrow.

Thanks for the endorsement. I've seen the adverts for them, but they didn't really sink in. But they seem to be a good bit of kit. The one I'm getting can also do carpets...so they say. If it does I shall be happy as mine could do with a freshen up.

I'm OK thanks but have been awake since about 3.30. Beginning to panic that sleep pattern will never get back to how it used to be.

It will settle down in time. The thing is to not worry about it. It's just one of those things we have no control over, so just go with it.

Need to do a bit of tidying. OH left the packaging in the hallway and the cats went mental playing with it so there's bit of polystyrene all over the place...
