Most places have been having heavy down pours. Very unsettling, especially in June! We, here in Gloucestershire, are supposed to have a dryer weekend.

Rained all day in the north-east and it's about to get worse through the night :-(

ok Tilly think it is everwhere. When I lived in Flitwick, storms used to seem to keep in a bowl.

Thought it was going to clear here by Friday but know does not seem like it.

In Morecambe. Heavyish rain from 5-7.30p.m. Before that very grey, windy and cold, very little rain (a couple of light showers lasting no more than five minutes). Since then no more rain just dull,had heating on for two hours just to take the edge off.

We have had some rain most of the day. I have just put out the rubbish bags and it is tipping it down.

I feel really mean posting this.....but it's a lovely evening is the south west of Ireland....after a fairly nice day which saw us having a pint of G in the pub garden....... :-)

We had rain like that a couple of days ago. Wish we could have had it today because we had no water all day due to a burst main. The two buckets that I put in the garden in the hope of a downpour only had about 1/2" of rain in them.
