Snow on car roof

Just had a discussion elsewhere where someone said that it will now be illegal to drive a vehicle with 'excessive' snow on the roof!!! Can any ABers confirm this - or am I being taken for a ride??...

Peugeot 307SW ventilation fan

Can anyone help please? The ventilation / heater fan has just stopped working. There doesn't seem to be a fuse for it. I need to use the car at 5:00 am tomorrow and the screen will be iced and misted....
