this isn't entirely a food question, but what is the protocol for wedding photographers... do you have to pay for their meal as well as the guests or is it included in the cost? thanks

equal pay

i work the same hours and shift, and do the same job as two other people at my work but they both get paid more than me (one is male). can i take this further? any advice would be great. thanks
