Fleeing the country whilst on bail with a witness?

What would the possible outcome be if he previously contacted the witness once before? its a domestic assault case and the victim clearly doesn't want charges pressed. Its in sheriff/magistrate court....

I have previously asked a question regarding a domestic assault dropped from a serious assault. 17 year old boy breached bail also by fleeing the country with the victim and got caught on another...

Likely sentence for common assault (domestic), and 2 breaches of bail.

Injuries included were 2 black eyes, fractured jaw and brusing. This attack was provoked and somewhat self defence as female used to bully the boy a lot. Also contacting a witness on two occasions and...
