What would the possible outcome be if he previously contacted the witness once before? its a domestic assault case and the victim clearly doesn't want charges pressed. Its in sheriff/magistrate court. Accused has been on remand for 4 month and is pleading guilty at diet, what is the outcome? I know the max sentence for assault is 6months but what about the 2 breach of bails??

As bednobs says - you need to seek your own legal advice, not keep coming back here again and again.
