Pvc Windows.

Is it possible to fit a pvc window from the inside only?.I intend getting a bedroom window changed that is over a conservatory and do not want to have to pay for scaffolding. Thanks all....

upvc Windows.

Anyone know something to remove stains from white upvc windows,without scratching the surface. The stain is coming from the rubber seals which are about 25 years old and I suspect perishing slightly.
