Hi can any one tell me is it easy to change to a diff solicitor if you are on legal aid ? the case is going to crown court,

If someone pleads not guilty but is found guilty do they get a longer sentence if they are sent to prison,and do they get any time off ie for good behavour or do they have to do the whole...

Does any body know roughly how much a court case costs start to finish ending in crown court. ? if you cant get legal aid.

whats prison really like ?

Can somebody be really honest and say what it is really like in prison,do you have to wear uniform ? can the prisoner ring home at any time,these sort of things pls if any one can help.thanks

If i have a conditional discharge but no fine only court costs,is this still classed as a crimial record ? somebody just told me i would have had a fine ! but all i got was 12months cd and £60...

If i am applying for a job in a bank do i need to tell them that i had a conditional discharge nearly 2 yrs ago,it was for 12 months for public discorder.so many people tell me i dont need to tell...

My 12 month conditional discharge was up last year, however i may be charged with something else, would the court be able to bring this up if i am charged again ? thank you
