than you new judge for your reply,it was very helpful so basically if he applies for another job he will not have to disclose it ?. thanks

my sons conditional discharge ends this week, does he still have to tell any future employers about this now that it has ended ? Also would he be able to work abroad,he works in banking. thanks

I am buying a new pc, i am with virgin internet at the moment would i have to contact them to get the internet onto my new pc or does it just plug in and work ?

my son received a 12 month conditional discharge but no fine,will this still show up on a crb check ? and if it is would he still have to tell a new employer at the 12 months ?

my son is going to court next week on a racial abuse charge,as somebody claims he heard him say a racist remark. he is not guilty of this,but a solicitor says the worst case scenario is 6 months...

my son is being charged with racial abuse at a football match apparantly one steward reported it to the police, he said that he did not say what the steward said he said but he is still being charged...
