Non-terrestial channels. Different censorship standards?

I am watching BBC3 at 2.30 in the afternoon. The bad language would not be allowed before 9pm, if at all, on BBC. Are the rules different for non-terrestial tv, and if so, why? This is a 'free'...

Chocolatier in Llandudno.

A chocolatier was featured on Flog It today, set in Llandudno. I would love to know the name of the shop as his chocolates made me mouth water. Does anybody know of it?

Philips HDRW720 - blank disks

I have always used 4x in my dvd recorder, but would 8x work as they seem to be cheaper and more readlily available. 8x will play - but will I be able to record onto them?

Any ideas how much to cut down two huge leylandii?

Access is difficult, so would be scaffold and ladders. The trees are at least 50' high. If you've had this sort of work done recently I would be glad of any information
