Fake Uber Account With My Name

It seems that somebody created an Uber account using my email and phone...I've got some confirmation codes both on my phone and Gmail, but I never use Uber. This is very strange and I don't know why...

Missing Emails

A whole load of my emails, both 'received' and 'sent' have suddenly gone missing. It must be literally hundreds. Can anyone throw any light on why - or where they might be please? I'm using Windows...

Computer Problems. Crashing And Freezing Every Few Minutes, Keep Getting A Message Above My Browser That Microsoft Edge Is Not Responding, Can Last For Up To 5 Minutes A Time. Different Browsers Do Not Help.

This has been happening for months now and is getting progressively worse.I'm very much a technophobe so have no clue why this is happening. Any help greatly appreciated.
