I used to be a huge fan but stopped watching on season 14 (I think). Need to know if the other seasons are worth watching. Should I start over?

I was going to start from season 1, as I forgot lots of what happened. But I'm not really sure I have that much spare time (19 seasons, wow!).
But I can definitely say the first 4-5 seasons are classy and worth watching.
