As the scope on a rifle is mounted about an inch above the barrel, does this mean that the shooter needs to make this adjustment when zero-ing on a target?

Danger of CRT monitors??

I was told rather plausibly that CRT monitors are bad for you as the electrons fired at the screen by the guns go through the glass and hit your face. Is this true?
