My ISP has recently set up a new e-mail address for me so that I can use one for work stuff. However, although colleagues are using the new address, and I've sent myself a test message, all messages are still going into my original Inbox. I want the new address to have its own separate Inbox within Outlook Express, or there's no point in having two addresses. How do I set this up, please? I created a new local folder but the mails aren't going there! I'm sorry to sound daft, but despite years of using e-mail, I've only had the one address up until now. Many thanks.

I don't use Outlook Express, but I imagine it is similar to the full blown version of Outlook.  You can move incoming mail to any folder you wish using Rules. Outlook has a Rules Wizard for creating them.  Basically you need a rule which says "If the message is addressed to <new address> send it to the <folder of choice>".
Hi...Click on Tools..then Message rules....then mail.......and set the rules for what you wish to happen to your mail............look in Help for how to make a new folder ...........commoner.
In Outlook Epress, go to File/Identities/Manage Identities and set up an identity for each E-mail address with different passwords also if privacy is required
