I discovered this website about 4 days ago and have answered a few questions since then. But none of my answers has yet appeared on the board. Is there a delay before answers appear? If so, how long?

Ok, no abuse on this matter PLEASE. I'm getting my lip peirced no argument so don't try it , but when out and healed over does it leave a scar or fade away like it does on ears?
