I was just enjoying being in the limelight again and looking at all the various responses from other users (BTW thank you Andy and the others) and was leaving it for a day or so before i was going to throw my own tuppence worth in and...BAM now you sees it, now you don't......Again I have to take umbrage with the standard of editing.....Whilst I appreicate that the ed thinks this was the right decision perhaps firing off a quick email to the person being discussed before pulling the topic would have been a better compromise? I wasn't offended by the question, not at all I will defend anyone's right to have a go at me if the so want (Tj, Skelly, Fakey et al) as long as it can be put in resonably intelligent terms and doesn't descend to name calling and slanging, so any chance of having this thread re-instated please?

Ah AB ed [name deleted, as per site policy - AB Ed] you show your true colours yet again in that you pull a question about me when it suits you cause it garnered replies in my favour but when a few speak out against me in this thread your own rules go out the window for your own ends......typical! but as I've said before not suprising from the very low standards we have come to expect from you......either apply the rules consistently or not at all.
sft42 - at the risk of repetition, the first question was removed because it went beyond the acceptable usage, and terms and conditions, of this site. That was not your decision to make. TheAnswerbank is not about you.

Not at all......and at the risk of repeating myself all I am asking for is consistency.....I'm sure if your beloved Norwich were awarded a penalty against them for a foul then should the same thing occur in the opponents box then you would expect the whistler to give you the spot kick......the question was posted for two reasons, to see who was watching the previous thread and more than that to see if you would pull it when the rabid replies flooded in for my over the top way of putting it, as i knew they surely would....So again I accuse you of double standards...to keep a balanced editorial position then you must surely either reinstate the original question in it's original position oryou pull this one as well.....if as you insist the site isn't about me (and of course I totally agree, it's not) the how can you justify this thread rumbling along? Only for the reason that I posted the question and you think I am getting my just des(S)erts? *Where are you Spellmaster?* IF that's the case then you are defeating your own arguement by allowing the thread to exist...I am for your editing policy if you keep it consistent, it's only your high-handedness in these matters that annoys me.
You protest when a thread is deleted. You protest when a thread is not deleted. OK. But if you want consistancy (you didn't appear to, judging by this question), then you must accept that unacceptable posts will be edited or deleted by the editor. If you wish to continue this debate I have passed you my email address previoussly; please use it.
sft, you seem to be engaged in some sort of vendetta against AB Editor, and I can't understand why. The two of you are locked in a battle of wills. This site has served you well over the past months so why now rebel against it. Lets get back to enjoying the site for what it's good for. p.s. I'm not having a go at you,......not this time :-)
