Have you got anything specifically against me personally, or do you just get your kicks from having a go at me?
But to answer your latest rant, that thread was in ChatterBank and I was not seeking help in any way, just making a comment on the energy bulb rip off.
Now if it had been seeking advice in the Technology section then yes I would have thanked those who gave me knowledgeable advice.

Whether the thread was in chatterbank is irrelevant as is whether you wanted help. You were clearly frustrated and several people, including my good self, gave advice to resolve your situation. To thank them would have been courteous and an acknowledgement of their attempted help.
