Baileys - Whiskey, Cream, sugar. You'll never get the definitive recipe (unless you work at the factory) so be a true winemaker, buy the ingredients, get a big bowl, start adding the ingredients, and booze away (techincally called testing :-) until you get the right mix! (cheaper versions have wine added, or even replacing the whiskey altogether). Additional, why stop there? Strong (70%+) vodka, sugar and flavouring to make other liquers (extract of orange = cointreau, coffee and cream = tia maria etc.....) Not ever really the same thing but bloody good trying to get there and sometimes better results :-))))))))
