We've had a Sky+ box for a couple of weeks now (free upgrade!). I do notice that compared to the 'old' box the listings on the TV guide appear very slowly and sometimes not at all (especially from midnight to 6am). Is this 'normal', or is there something I can do? Also, anyone know how I can change which BBC and ITV region the box gives me (its on Midlands/Central, I want East/Anglia)?

Thanks

What you get is determined by your postcode.

However, you can get other BBC 1 & 2 channels - quickest way to get them other than by entering their number is to go in TV Guide, select TV Guide then Entertainment, then when BBC one is highlighted, press the channel up button

for other ITV channels you can add these under other channels, but you can't record them
That's very odd I have had a Sky+ box for ages & I can record ANY of the channels including Radio.

It's a new LNB (2 feeds for the Sky+ box) and the 'test' on that page on the box shows a max signal, so I think its more than that.
