Set your camera to the smallest picture you can, 640 x 480 pixels, if possible and copy it onto your computer.
Compose your email then:
insert > file
and name the file containing the picture you've just taken.
It's as easy as that.
Send it to yourself first, just to practice. When it works do it again to the real recipient.

There is often a "paperclip" icon in email systems and if you select on this paperclip icon it allows you to attach a file (such as a photo) to your email.

Make a note of the name of the photo, plus the names of the folders where the photo resides.

So once you are in the email system select the paperclip icon, then navigate through the folders where the photo is held, then select on the actual photo name.

Then compose your email then send it as normal.
You will need to transfer the digital picture taken by your camera to your computer. Did the camera come with a data cable ? If so plugging it into the computer, perhaps switching the camera on, that may well result in the computer finding another "drive" where you can go explore and find where the camera stores if picture files. Then you copy/open/whatever as you wish, or simply attach the file to the e-mail.
Has your laptop got a card slot into which you can insert the card from your camera. ?

What model Acer is your Laptop and what Operating System are you using (Windows 7; 8; or whatever.)? Also what E/mail programme do you have.?

Hans.
Just to add to this, if the dish came from eBay (a seller) then you don't need to email the image but use the eBay website to upload the evidence to.

We need a lot more information as Hans has already mentioned (asked for).
