Every time I try to download a video from family or friends, I get the message in a panel saying '' Windows media player has stopped working ''

'' A problem caused the programme to stop working correctly. will notify you if a solution is available.''

Dont have probs with you-tube, Had this for over a week or more now.

Download the video file to your hard drive and then open it with a decent video player. (Windows Media Player is a joke).
