if i want to open one in the community that is for everyone short of money, not necessarily for people on benefits can i do that? would i need some sort of permission/permit? i would request local businesses and other residents to contribute to the food side of things.

Yes keep us informed Phleb, having a mission to do something is great for not only occupying your mind but it boosts self esteem too.

Corylus, i am doing this because i want to help people. My problems are nothing compared to what i have seen people go through. I keep telling people on here because i like to share what i am feeling, its your choice whether you want to read my post or not. I am sick of people questioning my intelligence! I am just having minor anxiety problems, not a mental breakdown.
