Whats your favourite type of cake?
Mines good old madeira cake or victoria sandwich cake.
ps. marks and spencers coffee swiss rolls are pretty good too!

it ok mikey i'm lucky not a sweet person at all don't do cakes or chocolate not because i'm diabetic just never really into sweet stuff ,now something savoury that's another thing altogether

I recently made a parsnip and maple syrup cake which went down well.

Last week I did an orange and polenta drizzle cake with Greek yoghurt icing. That was yummy :)
