i usually put the tv on before work so i can watch the news, i havent bothered today because i guess they will be wittering on about football. Its best thing ive done in a while! before switching on laptop took sam for a lovely long walk and now im going to make some breakfast and sit outside to eat it because it is lovely and warm !!

I was on the phone to the Seagulls office yestarday about next season tickets. Much better than watching teams on the telly in whom you have absolutely no interest.

I never have the TV on unless there is actually something I want to watch, it's a nasty buzzy irritation in the background otherwise. I don't like noise unless it's noise I want.
