She looks and sounds like a man in drag!
Question Author
Sniffing and wiping her nose quite a lot.
She got old.
59, old!! Am fed up now.
Some bad plastic surgery by the looks of it
that's a 40 a day voice, isn't it?
Lol Mams...sorry...I meant older.
59 is nearly a coffin dodger:-)
I wondered about 40 a day but I wasn't thinking of cigarettes- I struggled to work out some of her words
She suffers from acute rheumatoid arthritis and has in the past blamed her weight gain on the treatment she has for it. She's also had problems with alcohol in the past, perhaps she still does. Her voice is really deep isn't it?
She suffers from rheumatoid arthritis .No doubt the drugs she may have taken for this condition have had some effect on her .

I didn't realise it was her!
It looked as if she was on steroids. I remember thar "round face" look from my chemo. I think she also had Botox as she had no lines on her face at all. Age is a terrible thing!
She has RA. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease. Your body thinks that your joints themselves are a disease, so the inflammatory system attacks them, eating them away. It is extremely painful. Left untreated it will cause your fingers, toes, wrists, etc... to become twisted and deformed and you feel every second of it. The pain feels like you have broken glass inside your joints tearing and ripping every time you try to bend your fingers or walk 20 feet. The medications usually work for a time, then stop, so you have to switch again. All the medications have side effects, some are weight gain, others are moon face which makes your face round, headaches, constant infections, fatigue are only a few. The more serious side effects include liver and kidney problems, sepsis, etc... Take it easy on her, I've got RA and I can tell you, it is hell on wheels to deal with on a daily basis. But she keeps pushing through it and that is no small feat. Way to go Ms. Turner.
excellent post RA.
Yes she was lovely until the RA got her .

I can sympathise with her .I had RA until it burnt itself out and left me debilitated with severe osteoarthritis .The drugs they put you on mess you up .
No fun laying about in bed feeling like you've been run over by a steamroller and all your joints are inflamed .
Give her break .
Hard to believe anyone could read RAGranny's post and still have a pop!

Oh to be perfect like some.
She was a beauty in her younger day's without a doubt. Terrible shame that she now suffers from RA.
