50th birthday silly presents

A very very dear friend of ours reaches a milestone next week. Now obviously we are getting him a proper nice present. However, we also want to get him some silly presents. We were thinking stuff like Grecian 2000, false teeth holder etc. Any ideas?

I had always wanted to visit Russia. For my 50th I/We went on a coach tour of Eastern Europe. All the sites in Eastern Europe, coming back via Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Belgium and France. Very memorable. Tiring but loved it.

Wonderful, Jeza, mine was spent with a very old friend over from the UK to the USA, 5 days of golf and wining/dining.

My daughter gave me 40 separate presents when I was 40. Only small things but was fun to open.

My uncle got 49 presents of 50 things like nails, paper clips, rubber bands, eggs, building up to include 50 golf balls (being a golfer) and then his 50th present was the special one.
