Hi Cavendish...

This one was tough... however there is possibility that I didn't make mistake, and what's below is true

n^2 - 1
An = A1 - -----------
n - 1

So, the tenth is -3.

Nevertheless I do hate math, but have to learn it :(
Once more...

An = A1 - (n^2 - 1)/(n-1)
So, they're not alphabetical then!
I no which number is eleventh!

Thank you all. I've got it now.
If you enter 8, 5 and 4 into excel and use autofill, 10th is -10.3333
