I use a silver dip such as Goddards. Lasts for years and very handy for popping earrings etc in.
I have an Ultrasonic jewellery cleaner which does all my silver jewellery and my diamond earrings and rings. They sparkle after a wee session in that!
Ooh, no, don't put anything with a "soft", porous stone in a dip or cleaner; use a silver cleaner on a cloth to clean the silver around the stone.

My local jeweller does it for free. Worth asking

Thought their would be more a natural cleaner available, not enough decent jewellery to warrant a ultrasonic cleaner, whiskysheri website says that jade should not go in that type of cleaner
I have read that cigarette ash is a good silver cleaner. Not sure what you do with it though.
Use an old mascara brush dipped in the silver dip type cleaner and use it to clean the silver only rinse carefully and dry well then buff the silver bits with a soft cloth

One suggestion was to use toothpaste, i have tried it and has done a fantastic job
