factor-fiction, nineteen sixty six was the usual way, I think, but nineteen hundred and sixty six wasn't uncommon, throughout the century. (One thousand nine hundred and sixty six was never used by anyone.)

Which suggests that both twenty fourteen and two thousand and fourteen are acceptable. Twenty fouteen's much less of a mouthful, though.
