Nope, not stressed at all. Himself will get the kids their presents at some stage and Asda will fetch the food. No other family as such to get stressed about so all is good. Done the Christmas fair today, got the nativity play on Tuesday for the things and the church the week after for the girl's thing. Going to do a new tradition with my friend on Christmas Eve (her husband has buggered off so we are starting new traditions this year).
I'm well ahead ..only have a couple of gifts to buy on Sunday.....all cards written and sent...gifts wrapped...deccies up ...I'm well impressed with myself ! Lol
I always get Trish something a bit special but Christmas has never been the same since my Mum died suddenly on the 23rd December 1983.It's the worst thing ever trying to explain to a 8 year old kid why her beloved Nana isn't there to watch her open her Christmas presents.
Bugger, forgot about the tree - have to clear out the corner of doom (toy corner plus air hockey table), himself is in charge (not sure if that is wise considering he has been poorly), plus four over-excited kids and one surly teenager (I will make myself scarce and Hoover when they are done). AND I've got to find the stockings (there are at least 15 in this house (don't ask) and I am not buying new ones again this year).

i send some cards but will give pressies to those who give pressies to me. zero usually. money to children and grandchildren.
shopping as normal. only two of us so no fuss. i've already got my breakfast bought for christmas day.
All I have bought so far is a personalised diary, and that only because of the time it takes to get it done and ready for Christmas. Everything else will wait until as close as possible to Christmas Day, save for the half dozen cards I send, which will go out a few days before.
Never feel Christmassy until near the 24th. After all, the twelve days of Christmas run until the 6th !
Good Morning all, Just a quck one, Tony, whats happened to our Friend? he has either flogged that E46, it's blown up, or he has given up with the thing.
