left nursing 20yrs ago to run a business with my husband, have now sold the business and am working as a care assistant in a residential home, which i thoroughly enjoy, but cant help thinking what a waste of my qualifications, SRN , Cert in A&E nursing,  Cert in District nursing. Have investigated the return to nursing courses but all seem to be geared up to research and essays, (no hands on and bedside manner, which is how  I trained ) quite happy to study again and retrain, but not for 3 years.Want to retrain about drips drains dressings etc! the day to day stuff! Any thoughts gratefully recieved, Thanks
