It's impossible to comment unless you tell us what you want to use the PC for.

Gamers, for example, need hi-spec vdeo cards and fast processor (as do people who mainly use their computers for video-editing), whereas such things are just a waste of money for someone who only wants to do a bit of word-processing and web browsing.

Similarly, if you intend to download loads of videos (and actually store them on your PC, rather than on an external device) you'll need a really big hard drive but, again, that would be a waste of money if you're only needing to store a few documents and emails on the computer.
Note that does not include an operating system (Windows for example).

You would need to install it yourself or get someone to do it for you.
I also notice the picture does not show a CD/DVD drive in the case either (but this may only be a photo of the empty case).

Not sure if the CD/DVD is included, if not you will have to fit one yourself (not difficult)
I wouldnt go near it unless I had the full spec eg: whats the mother board, how many USB 2 and 3 ports, etc etc. ethernet, wifi etc etc

It actually sounds too cheap, usually theres a reason
I bought my last Desk top base unit (Zoostorm) from Ebuyer.com and am very pleased with it. It came with no operating system but I still had the XP CD so no problem. Worth checking them out before the plunge?

Another site worth a look is www.pcspecialist.co.uk
They are excellent and will be happy to discuss your requirements and will tailor-make a system for you. They also offer free lifetime technical support (or rather they did when I bought my PC from them 4½ years ago).
This link should work!
