I have to admit, I wonder what i done with my spare hours too mallyh, before joining ab. ha ha . its good annit! x

yes it is good and educational ,also helped me through a traumatic time when my daughter was poorly .xx

Eight years ago I had a lovely clean house and not a weed in the garden. Happy days.
