Quick question, if you use ibruprofen GEL can you take paracetamol at the same time?

Well as you can take ibuprofen and paracetamol together, I would say 'yes'

So, I need to be sure.............if I take 2 x paracetamol and 2 x ibuprofen (tablets) AT THE SAME TIME that is ok? As long as I don't exceed the daily dose of either?

Yes, that is fine, although may be better to spread them out. Paracetamol 4x day and ibuprofen 3x. So paracetamol 9am,1,5,9pm and ibuprofen 8am, 2pm and 10pm for instance.

4 hours between paracetamol minimum and 6 between ibuprofen.
