For the last couple of years, there has been a fox in my garden. Don't know if it's the same one.

It broke the bottom of the fence making a hole to get into next door who have a raised decking behind my fence.

I left the whole encase it had young but now it has dug another hole further along and last night it started on the fence the other side and also I notice my neighbours have a whole and earth scattered at the back of their garden and a large piece of fencing pulled out.

I would never harm them but it is a bit annoying when it sends plants and also one of my lights flying in order to dig.

Is there a way to discourage them into the garden.?

Lion pooh, but personally I would get a spot light out there as if they have young I would really love to watch them play without human intervention. But then I love foxs and they have such a bad press reputation,
be careful they come into our house and steal shoes

I think you,ve missed the two words "from coming"
Search for "Scoot" fox repellent online or at your nearest DIY Garden Centre.

Using vinegar around the holes was also suggested but feedback was mixed with reviews as to whether it was effective.

why? maggie is annoyed at the Foxes, she isn't scared nor feels threatened. She wants to cut down on their digging activities not scare them off.
